A conscientious and pro-active IT professional with experience ensuring effective provision of IT support systems, managing relationships with external providers, and aligning service delivery with business needs and corporate policies. Thrives in a challenging environment where capabilities are constantly stretched.

Oliver is a highly motivated and results orientated senior technical engineer with a proven track record of excellent service. He provides both one to one support to smaller offices and delivers large scale projects for international financial organisations. His consultancy experience provides valuable knowledge of the vast majority of current systems.

In Adrian’s many years in industry he has delivered diverse solutions including a highly available backend for the new core banking system of a major high street bank, reports and analytics on investment portfolios, business valuation modelling, profitability analysis, compliance reporting such as DCS, FATCA and liquidity monitoring.

Mark has 20+ years experience working in the Telecommunications and IT sector both here in the Channel Islands and abroad. He brings with him a great commercial understanding of the IT marketplace here in the Channel Islands and loves a challenge with new startups. We are extremely excited to have him as part of the team.

A dedicated professional with extensive ‘hands on’ experience in areas of IT strategy, Cybersecurity, Operational Risk and Infrastructuredesign/management. Skills range from Information Security, Network &Storage architecture, centralized IT service management, through to applicationarchitecture, delivery and operational management. Business experience gained both in the industry as a supplier /consultant and as an end user. Supported multiple business sectors including finance, legal, light industry and government, through to highly secure military services, and of course retail

Matthew has just joined us here at Smart IT from a Major Financial Group and was responsible for managing change programmes and teams while simultaneously overseeing the group technology infrastructure, data, datasecurity and cyber risk. As Group DPO he was responsible for their data, this includes data and cyber security.

Matthew is a highly experienced CIO and we at Smart are excited to have him onboard and look forward to what he has to bring to the team.

Sarah brings a unique blend of skills and a credible delivery history within change management and sustainability across multiple industries including Financial and Professional Services, Utilities, and the Public Sector.

Able to lead a wide range of business or technology change, she has deep experience on merger and acquisition, integration, digital and regulatory driven change.

Sarah is one of few people in the CI to hold both GRI and ISO Sustainability related qualifications, and has helped clients achieve global certifications and award-winning sustainability strategies.
